Tube Frame Enclosures

Trust the Experts in Tube Frame Enclosures

Fidelity Manufacturing is proud to offer a high-performance line of customized enclosures with weather protection and low-sound attenuation. Our expert team provides custom jig-welded aluminum tube frame enclosures for all equipment manufacturers and kW ranges.

Choose from custom designs to house any manufacturer’s genset, compressor, or industrial power unit and support equipment. Fidelity has your gaseous, diesel, and bi-fuel equipment covered – whether you need standard weather resistance, super-sound attenuated, walk-in or reach-in designs. Galvanneal or stainless steel clad designs are also available.

Enclosures are Missile Impact Rated and
UL 2200 Certified for Construction.

Meeting Environmental & Regulatory Specifications: Our structural designs comply with ASCE 7-10 and International Building Code (IBC). The state of Florida has approved us as a Certified Modular Building Manufacturer. We provide the Department of Business and Professional Regulation insignia for all areas of Florida, including High Velocity Hurricane Zones (HVHZ), as well as FL Product Approval Numbers. In-house Professional Engineer (PE stamp) services covering multiple states as well as third-party engineering certifications are available.

Setting High Standards in Enclosure Systems
Custom tube frame enclosures are equipped with high-quality features. Roof construction is peaked for drainage, and increased loading can be accommodated. Roof-mounted lifting brackets are located at equidistant points about center of gravity. Outer skin and roof cladding are adhered to tube frame by high-strength 3M vehicle tape, providing a strong, smooth exterior.

Standard Features & Specs

  • 6061-T6 aluminum tube frame
  • Vertical studs on 16” centers or less
  • Wind Load: up to 200 MPH
  • Roof Load: 53 pounds/ SF (can be increased for high snow load areas)
  • Roof .090” mill finish 5052 aluminum sheet
  • Rain testing rating 4” per-hour
  • Single and double lockable entry doors
  • 3-point latch with panic hardware to allow opening from the inside even when locked and safety holdbacks or gas shocks
  • White enamel finish

Superior Airflow, Sound, and Weather Resistance
Sound attenuated models include matted fiberglass thermal insulating sound absorption material in walls and plenum. Intake plenum and interior walls are covered with .032” perforated aluminum skin. Interior of discharge plenums are covered with .040” 3105-H14 aluminum skin. Acoustical baffling and panels are also incorporated for sound attenuation.

Aluminum blow-open gravity discharge damper is standard for radiator discharge with fixed or motorized aluminum inlet dampers. An aluminum mesh bird-screen protects intake and discharge plenum openings. Also, silencers (carbon or stainless steel) are available in both internal rectangular or external cylindrical designs, and exhaust system components are custom built to achieve projected sound attenuation requirements.
